Shipments and returns
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for items which are in stock. Orders placed outside of these hours will begin processing on the next business day.
For items not currently in stock, your order will ship within 48 hours of the estimated dated provided.
For custom orders, we will provide an estimated ship date with your custom order quote.
We primarily ship orders using the following services:
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx Express
For wholesale, large commercial and items over 100 pounds we will utilizing the following service:
- FedEx Freight
The selected shipping method is determined based on the destination and service availability to ensure timely delivery across Canada.
Remote & Rural Deliveries
For remote or rural locations, we may use alternate carriers when standard FedEx services are unavailable or impractical. This ensures continued service coverage across all regions of Canada.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be issued
- Tracking details will be available through the “My Account” section on our website
- Customers may monitor shipment progress in real time using the provided tracking tools

Delivery timelines vary depending on:
- Destination
- Selected shipping service
- Carrier routing
